Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request an AI Workflow Review or otherwise contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, company, work email, and — if you choose to provide them — company size, the AV platforms you use, and free-text answers about your workflows.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. We use this to keep the site running securely and to diagnose problems.

Preferences stored on your device. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiry and schedule a workflow review;
• understand your needs so the conversation is useful;
• provide, operate, secure and improve this website;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Details you share about your projects, programming standards, processes or customers are treated as confidential. We use them only to scope and prepare for our conversation with you. Any work beyond that is governed by a separate written agreement between your company and AV Method.

We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers that help us run the website, host data or deliver email, under obligations to protect it and use it only on our behalf;
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of AV Method, our users or others;
• Business transfers, if AV Method is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and describe what is collected and how to opt out.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our business relationship, and then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict how we use it. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

To make a request, email hello@av-method.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will provide a more prominent notice on this site.
